Designed by Tan Architect and developed by Prince Property Development, the structure yields 26 residences, 18,083 square feet of commercial space, 706 square feet of community facility space, and 40 parking spaces. Available on NYC Housing Connect are eight units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $68,572 to $187,330.
