Now, the foundation is complete, as seen in a photo by ILNY via the YIMBY Forums. The new hotel, which will be a Courtyard by Marriott, will encompass 218,640 square feet. Guest amenities will include a fitness center, storage for 18 bikes, a lounge, meeting rooms, and a restaurant in the cellar. The hotel rooms will be located on the second through 29th floors, and retail space will be hosted on the ground floor.
