Over the past month, 42-14 Crescent Street, a 48-unit residential building in the Queens Plaza district, has reached ground level and is ready to rise to its full 13-story height. The project is being developed by Meadow Partners and has been designed by John Fotiadis Architect PLLC.

North Development Group has purchased the development assemblage spanning 286-306 Wythe Avenue, in northwestern Williamsburg, for $26.5 million, according to Commercial Observer. The new owner plans to build a mixed-use project of 40 to 50 residential units with retail and community space; the site has 51,200 square feet of development rights. The existing single-story warehouses will be demolished, which is a departure from previously filed plans calling for an expansion of the structures.

AvalonBay Communities filed plans for a 33-story tower at the site of the former American Bible Society Headquarters near Columbus Circle, and a small developer submitted applications for an eight-story condo building at 466 Columbus Avenue, between West 82nd and 83rd Streets.
