Renderings Revealed for Mixed-Use One Third Avenue in Mineola, Long Island

Going east into the Long Island town of Mineola, a large 312-unit residential and mixed-use project developed by Sabre Real Estate has its first renderings. The building is called One Third Ave, and has 1,600 square feet of available retail space left at the southwest intersection of 3rd Avenue and 3rd Street. The property sits one block away from the Mineola Train Station, making it less than forty minutes away from Midtown. Steven B. Jacobs is the designer of the building, with units coming in one- to three-bedroom spreads with private terraces for penthouses.

New Renderings Revealed for The XI As First Tower Tops Out At 76 Eleventh Avenue in Chelsea

The newest Bjarke Ingels Group-designed project has now partially topped out. The taller 36-story component of the XI, at 76 Eleventh Avenue in Chelsea, has reached this milestone when just seven months ago, it was merely two stories high. With only a few months in between YIMBY’s visits, the enormous scale of the new building is quite shocking, as it rose incredibly quickly. The theatric nature of the twisting concrete sculpture certainly catches the attention of visitors from the High Line park, where many tourists are already snapping photographs. HFZ Capital Group is responsible for the development.

Fresh Renderings Revealed For 115 Broadway in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Located in South Williamsburg, which like most of Brooklyn has been undergoing rapid and major changes over the past decade, a small building at the intersection of Broadway, South Sixth Street and Bedford Avenue, has some new renderings. Cayuga Capital Management LLC is the developer, and has revealed fresh new images of the project. They previously purchased the sharp, triangular vacant lot back in 2016.
