Designed by BKSK Architects for Tavros Capital, the development involves the construction of a new office volume and the restoration of a row of a landmarked townhomes. Broadway Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is alternately addressed as 351-355 West 14th Street and located at the intersection of West 14th Street and Ninth Avenue.

New York State Awards $20M to Finance 11 Community Improvement Projects in Chinatown, Manhattan

Manhattan’s Chinatown neighborhood is the latest recipient of a $20 million award from New York State’s Downtown Revitalization Initiative, an economic development program led by the Department of State, Empire State Development, the New York State Homes and Community Renewal, and NYSERDA. The award will support 11 projects across the neighborhood that will improve streetscape connectivity and support the creation of new public gathering spaces, community facilities, and public artworks.

Designed by Meganom with SLCE Architects as the executive architect and developed by Boris Kuzinez of Five Points Development under the Five Points 262 Project LLC, the 54-story skyscraper will yield 41 condominium units and 11,000 square feet of retail space on the first two floors. WSP is the structural and M.E.P. engineer and CM & Associates Construction Management is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the southwest corner of Fifth Avenue and West 29th Street.
