The first portion of 100 Vandam Street‘s expansion has emerged from behind the black construction netting that covers the 300-foot-tall building in Hudson Square. Designed by COOKFOX and developed by Jeff Greene, construction has topped out on the 25-story mixed-use project, which rises above the 132-year-old red brick walls of a former coal power plant.
The Joyland Group and local design studio Archimaera have collaborated on proposals to construct a 26-story mixed-use hotel and office development in Brooklyn’s South Williamsburg neighborhood. The forthcoming project will take shape at 107 South Sixth Street where a four-story commercial building currently stands.

Under the direction of Jacob Landau, TOT Developers has filed permits with the New York City Department of Buildings to construct a new 13-story building in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Located at 402 Mother Gaston Boulevard, the building will comprise 87,146 square feet offering a mix of apartments, commercial area, community facilities, and an enclosed parking structure designed to accommodate 94 vehicles.
Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 134 Hope Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Keap Street and Hope Street, the corner lot is two blocks south of the Metropolitan Avenue-Lorimer Street subway station, serviced by the G and L trains.
