Excavation is underway at 128 East 28th Street for a proposed eight-story, ten-unit building. The NoMad property will eventually feature a 21,038-square-foot residential structure that will rise 80 feet tall. Sinha Development is the developer of the 4,246-square-foot construction site while TRA Studio is the designer of the project.
YIMBY has an exclusive new rendering, which is possibly the final design, for 520 West 41st Street, located in Midtown between Eleventh Avenue and Galvin Avenue. Silverstein Properties, the owner, has hired CetraRuddy Architecture to design the estimated one million square foot mixed-use project consisting of two glass towers atop a substantial retail podium. Leeding Builders Group will be the general contractor.
The six-story reinforced concrete structure for 200 Kent Avenue is now topped-out, and window frames are now beginning to be installed for the curtain wall on the upper floors of the eastern elevation. ME Architect P.C. is responsible for the design of the commercial building, while Isaac Hager of Cornell Realty Management is the developer. The development now stands 83 feet tall above the northern section of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and can easily be seen when traveling on the East River ferries. The lot measures 22,640 square feet, and was purchased by two anonymous entities back in the summer of 2016 for $33 million.
The first stages of excavation at 25 Columbus Drive are apparent as the asphalt from the former parking lot is now being ripped up. This will become the future site of a new mixed-use complex that will rise 626 feet tall and 57 floors high. Handel Architects is designing the proposed structure, while Mack Cali is the developer of the downtown Jersey City project. A total of 750 rental apartments, a 35,000-square-foot privately-funded public school for levels pre-K through first grade, four storefronts covering 16,485 square feet of retail space, and a public plaza will soon be built.

Located between the Cross Bronx Expressway and Featherbed Lane, the corner lot is three blocks west of the Mt. Eden Avenue subway station, serviced by the 4 train.
