Located between 33rd and 34th Streets, the lot is near the 36th Street subway station, serviced by the M and R trains. Ravi Patel under the Welling and Main LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Compass and CORE are handling sales and marketing for the property, which is located between West 82nd and 83rd Streets, just north of the American Museum of Natural History.

Warner Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is located on an interior plot bound by Pearson Street to the northeast, Jackson Avenue to the northwest, and Davis Street to the southwest.
