A private developer has revealed proposals to construct a new five-story mixed-use building at 135-137 Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. If approved, the structure will comprise over 10,000 square feet and top out around 55 feet above ground.
Permits have been filed for a 20-story mixed-use building at 124 East 86th Street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Located between Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue, the lot is steps from the 86th Street subway station, serviced by the 4, 5, and 6 trains. Rybak Development under the 126 East 86th Street Development LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Construction is nearing completion on the second phase of Vantage, a two-tower residential complex at 33 Park View Avenue in Jersey City. Designed by S9 Architecture and developed by Fisher Organization, the development features twin 44-story towers and will yield a total of 900 apartments.
