Façade Work Progresses on 22 Chapel Street in Downtown Brooklyn

Exterior work is moving along on 22 Chapel Street, a 20-story residential building in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by CetraRuddy and developed by Delshah Capital and OTL Enterprises, the 211-foot-tall structure spans 133,181 square feet and will yield a total of 180 apartments, of which 25 will be designated for affordable housing. The property will also house START Treatment & Recovery Centers, New York’s largest independent drug treatment agency.

RAMSA’s 3041 Broadway Begins to Rise Above Street Level in Morningside Heights, Manhattan

Construction has reached street level at 3041 Broadway, a 42-story tower designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects in Morningside Heights. Alternately addressed as 100 Claremont Avenue, the 350,000-square-foot project is being developed by L&M Development Partners and Lendlease with SLCE Architects as the architect of record, and will eventually yield condominiums marketed by Lendlease and L+M, and institutional offices, faculty housing, and classrooms for the Union Theological SeminaryBeyer Blinder Belle is handling the renovations of Union Theological Seminary’s Hastings Hall, where students reside. The building is rising by the corner of Claremont Avenue and West 122nd Street with the use of air rights from the seminary, and is directly across from the Riverside Church.
