Designed by Stonehill & Taylor Architects and developed by Lam Generation, the tower will stand 420 feet tall and yield 360 rooms averaging around 380 square feet apiece. The site is located between Sixth and Seventh Avenues.
Detailed proposals contained within an environmental assessment statement reveal plans to construct a mixed-use affordable housing building in Sunnyside, Queens. Located at 50-25 Barnett Avenue, the eight-story building could yield 167 to 189 residential units, 170 parking spaces, and 5,323 square feet of office area that will be reserved for non-profit use.
Curtain wall installation is moving along at 128 West 23rd Street, a 15-story residential building in Chelsea. Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects and developed by Valyrian Capital and Pan Brothers, the reinforced concrete edifice is located on the southern side of the block between Sixth and Seventh Avenues and will yield 40,230 square feet of residential space split among 33 units. Homes are expected to average 1,200 square feet apiece.
The Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) will soon review proposals to construct a new nine-story residential building on the campus of St. James Church Fordham in The Bronx. The scope of work also includes restoration of the church’s aging façade and modifications to the building’s internal organization.

Located between Broadway and Roosevelt Avenue, the through lot is two blocks east of the Roosevelt Avenue – Jackson Heights subway station, serviced by the 7, E, M, F, and R trains.
