The 702-foot-tall mixed-use tower is designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by L+M Development Partners, along with the family behind J&R Music World. Sales for the 110 residences are ongoing and are being handled by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.

Located between Carlton Avenue and Vanderbilt Avenue, the lot is two blocks east of the Atlantic Avenue-Barclay Center subway station, serviced by the B, D, N, Q, R, 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. TF Cornerstone is listed as the owner behind the applications after purchasing the adjacent 595 and 615 Dean Street sites, part of the Pacific Park complex, for $143 million at the beginning of the year. TF Cornerstone is leasing the land from the Empire State Development Corporation, once the construction is complete, the deal will convert to ownership.

Jacobs Group is the executive architect of the 310,000-square-foot property.
