Located between Irving Avenue and King Street, the 17-story, mixed-use building would sit on a nine-parcel lot adjacent to Port Chester’s Metro-North Railroad station. Although the Port Chester village board of trustees is reviewing zoning codes for the area, developer Broad Street Owner LLC is petitioning for an immediate change to get the transit-oriented project underway. The high-rise development would comprise 407,000 square feet with 286 apartments, 12,600 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, and 267 parking spaces.
