Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sales and marketing for the property, which is alternately addressed as 3 Sutton Place and is located between Sutton Place South and First Avenue. Residences will be priced from approximately $2.5 million for a one-bedroom to $18 million for a full-floor unit.
