Six Residential Units Planned for 4220 Hill Avenue in East Bronx

An LLC has filed applications for three two-story, two-unit residential buildings spanning the vacant lots at 4220-4224 Hill Avenue, in the Bronx’s Wakefield neighborhood. Six units will be split across 6,540 square feet of residential space, and Sion Hourizadeh is the architect of record. The site’s single-story predecessor was demolished in 2010.

BCB Property Management has acquired two four-story apartment buildings spanning 239-245 Ocean Parkway, in northern Kensington, for $10.3 million, reports the Commercial Observer. The buildings have 32 residential units, half of which are rent-stabilized. The other 16 units are vacant. The new owner plans to renovate the buildings.
