Brick Facade Progressing at 138 North 10th Street in Williamsburg

Construction has topped out and façade work is underway at 138 North 10th Street, a six-story warehouse-inspired condominium complex in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The project is being designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and developed by Eli Hamway and Michael Shamah of Eastern Capital Group. The structure will contain nine loft homes with two- and three-bedroom units, as well as two lower triplexes. Halstead Property Development Marketing’s The Aguayo Team is marketing and handling sales, with units starting at $1.7 million. The site is located on North 10th Street between Berry Street and Bedford Avenue.

111 Varick Street Rises Past First Setback, in Hudson Square

Work on 111 Varick Street’s reinforced concrete structure is making swift progress in Hudson Square, recently surpassing the first of several setbacks. Located at the northern corner of Varick Street and Broome Street, the future 27-story residential tower received a design update late last year, which can be seen in the featured image above. The rental project is being designed by S9 Architecture and developed by Madigan Development. It will contain 100 affordable and market-rate units, as well as ground-floor retail space. CM & Associates is in charge of construction.

11 Avenue C Reaches Street Level, in Alphabet City

Construction has reached street level at 11 Avenue C, aka 350 East Houston Street, a future ten-story mixed-use building designed by Rotwein+Blake Architects with SLCE as the architect of record. The structure will rise about 110 feet high and yield just under 50,000 square feet of space. Of this, 4,100 square feet will be dedicated to commercial use and 38,162 square feet to residential space divided among 45 apartments, averaging over 800 square feet apiece. The project is being developed by BLDG Management.
