Fresh Renderings Reveal Mineola Village Green in Mineola, Long Island

Back in 2015, plans were approved to begin construction on a number of high-end residential developments in the Downtown center of Mineola, Long Island in an effort to bolster and revitalize the growing community. That initiative includes construction of Mineola Village Green at 199 Second Avenue, a 266-unit residential project designed by local architects Stephen B. Jacobs Group for Lalezarian Properties. Located on the corner of Tompkins Avenue and Halsey Street, the lot is diagonally opposite from Potomac Playground. The Kingston-Throop Avenues subway station, serviced by the A and C trains, is three blocks away. Benjamin Pinover of Dragonfly Design Build is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Rafael Vinoly’s 277 Fifth Avenue Nearing Finish Line in NoMad

With the elevator coming down from 277 Fifth Avenue‘s western frontage over the past several weeks, the final form of the building’s exterior, comprised of dark panels, vertical window strips, and open-air terraces, is almost fully visible. Designed by Rafael Vinoly, developed by Victor Group and Lendlease, and marketed by Corcoran, the 52-story residential tower stands 728 feet atop NoMad, and is one of the tallest skyscrapers in the area.

Greenwich West Officially Tops Out at 110 Charlton Street, in Hudson Square

After breaking ground back in July of 2018 and rising 30 floors in only six months, Greenwich West has officially topped-out over Hudson Square, in Lower Manhattan. Located at 110 Charlton Street, the new residential tower will have 170 residences, which already launched sales this past fall. The project is one of the tallest buildings in the area, and will have views of the Hudson River, Lower Manhattan, and the Midtown skyline. Strategic Capital, Cape Advisors, and Forum Absolute Capital Partners are the developers, while Loci Anima and Adamson Associates are the designers.
