Bound by DeKalb Avenue to the north, Flatbush Avenue Extension diagonally to the east, Fulton Street to the south, and Bond Street to the west, the lot is steps from the DeKalb Avenue subway station, serviced by the B, Q, and R trains. Also within walking distance is the Nevins Street station, serviced by the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. RedSky Capital is reportedly the developer but Witkoff is listed as the owner behind the applications.
