The housing lottery is now open for The Cove, an 18-story residential development at 43-12 Hunter Street in Long Island City, Queens. Developed by Rockrose Development and designed by SLCE Architects with interiors by Slade Architecture, the building yields a total 123 rentals in a mix of studios, one-, and two-bedroom units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are the 37 apartments at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging from $68,229 to $159,640.

45 Park Place Awaits Resumption of Construction in Tribeca

Construction still appears stalled at 45 Park Place, a 667-foot-tall residential skyscraper in Tribeca. Designed by SOMA Architects with Ismael Leyva Architects as the executive and residential architect, the 43-story building has sat dormant since the end of 2019. The project, which is being developed by Sharif el-Gamal of Soho Properties with Piero Lissoni as the interior designer, is located between Church Street and West Broadway and sits just to the north of the border with the Financial District.
