Designed by Oleg Ruditser, the 6,647-square-foot building will yield eight units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $76,286 to $159,640.
The Landmarks Preservation Commission will soon announce if developers can move forward with plans to construct a new rooftop pool at 124 Columbia Heights in Brooklyn Heights, Brooklyn. Work has resumed on 128 East 28th Street, an eight-story, ten-unit building in NoMad. Designed by TRA Studio for Sinha Development, the 80-foot-tall, 21,038-square-foot project is located on East 28th Street between Lexington Avenue and Park Avenue South.
