It is the tallest new residential building in the vicinity at 410-feet-tall and features a 36-story reinforced concrete structure. VU is located in the Manhattan neighborhood of Kips Bay and provides unobstructed views of Midtown, Lower Manhattan, and the East River. The interiors and amenities are designed by Paris Forino and SLCE is the architect. Developed by Minrav Development, the 145,000-square-foot superstructure will yield 100 apartments which will include studios to three-bedrooms. YIMBY recently got to check out the building.
