Stacy Sweetness Enterprises, the property owner, has filed applications at the vacant lot of 4045 Edson Avenue, in Edenwald, for a three-story, two-unit residential building measuring 2,210 square feet. Errol Mcintosh is the architect of record.
Farm Development, led by Moshik Regev, has filed applications for a trio of three-story, three-unit residential buildings spanning the lots of 196-24 – 196-28 91st Avenue, in Hollis, east of Jamaica.
