Arturo Muroz, the property owner of the vacant lot at 129 Taaffe Place, in northwestern Bedford-Stuyvesant, has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building measuring nearly 8,000 square feet. Moshe M. Friedman is the architect of record, and the site’s former two-story building was demolished in 2003.
Yossi Toledano has filed applications for a three-story, three-unit residential building measuring 3,315 square feet at the vacant lot 841 East 220th Street, in Williamsbridge. Bricolage Design is designing the project, which is located in the northern reaches of East Bronx.
Henry Weiss, doing business under BH Skill LLC, has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building measuring 7,025 square feet at the vacant lot of 110 Skillman Street, in northwestern Bedford-Stuyvesant. Genaro Urueta is designing the project.
Joseph Aizer is expanding and renovating the existing four-story townhouse at 4 West 126th Street, in central Harlem, to six stories and 6,220 square feet, accommodating seven residential units. Construction is currently on-going, reports Harlem + Bespoke, and David Turner is designing.
