Installation of 130 William Street‘s charcoal-colored curtain wall is approaching completion in the Financial District. Designed by David Adjaye of Adjaye Associates and developed by Lightstone with Hill West Architects as the architect of record, the 66-story residential skyscraper stands 800 feet tall and will yield 242 units marketed by Corcoran Sunshine. Prices for residences are expected to range from around $1,300,000 for a one-bedroom to $20,000,000 for a four-bedroom, full-floor penthouse.
The housing lottery is now open for 222 Johnson Avenue, a seven-story affordable housing development in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Developed by Slate Property Group, 222 Johnson Avenue offers 35 affordable rentals in the form of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms to New York households with incomes from $31,680–$159,640.
Exterior work is now complete at 30 Warren Street, a 12-story mixed-use residential building in Tribeca. The 23-unit project is designed by Post-Office Architects with HTO Architects as the executive architect, and developed by Cape Advisors. Sales and marketing are being led by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.
Closings will soon commence at 233 Eighteenth, a new six-story condominium property at 233 18th Street in Greenwood Heights, Brooklyn. From Tom Winter Architects’ Brooklyn design studio, the building will yield 20 condominiums that range from one- to two-bedroom layouts.
