Construction is rising on 200 East 83rd Street, a 449-foot-tall residential tower from Robert A.M. Stern on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Developed by Naftali Group and Rockefeller Group, the 243,128-square-foot development reinforced concrete structure will rise to a height of 35 stories and house 86 units spread over 205,877 square feet, for an average of 2,393 square feet apiece. SLCE Architects is the architect of record for the project, which is located at the corner of Third Avenue and East 83rd Street.

Designed by HTO Architects and developed by G&M Realty, the 1.21 million-square-foot development stands on the site of the former 5Pointz warehouse, and will yield 1,122 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 337 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $63,429 to $192,400.
The Yonkers Industrial Development Agency has granted final approvals for a seven-story rental building at 56 Prospect Street. The incentives package is valued at $32.6 million and is awarded to Regency Apartment Ventures, LLC, the Long Island-based developer responsible for the project.
