Investmates and design partner INOA Architecture have revealed a rendering for 217 Franklin Street, a six-story condominium development located near the waterfront tip of Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The project is one of nearly a dozen new residential projects in North Brooklyn on which the duo has collaborated.
Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 977 East 34th Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Glenwood Road and Avenue H, the interior lot is four blocks east of the Flatbush Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Abraham Weinstock under the 977 Management LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The foundation work is underway at 308 Livingston Street, a 23-story, 160-unit rental building in Downtown Brooklyn. The project is designed by Fogarty Finger Architecture and is being developed by Lonicera Partners, which purchased the lot in May 2019 for $11 million and demolished several low-rise structures to clear the way for the new development.
Construction has topped out at 167 Willoughby Street, aka 112 Fleet Place, a 132-foot-tall residential building in Downtown Brooklyn. The 12-story structure is designed by Bricolage Design Associates and developed by Boomerang Building Fund, which purchased the lot for just over $4 million. Located at the corner of Willoughby Street and Fleet Place, just to the east of Flatbush Avenue and directly north of the Long Island University Brooklyn campus, the 2,425-square-foot project will bring 23 units to the neighborhood.
The International Office of Architects, or INOA, recently revealed the first new renderings of interior spaces within a rising condo development in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The building is located at 205 Freeman Street where construction topped out late last year. The building’s 8,650 square feet includes 4,976 square feet dedicated to residential use. A large rear yard and roof terrace account for the remaining area.
