Designed by ND Architecture & Design, the structure yields 22 residences and ground-floor commercial space. Available on NYC Housing Connect are seven units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $65,143 to $167,570.
Construction is rising on 30-05 Vernon Boulevard, a seven-story residential building in Astoria, Queens. Designed by Future Expansion Architects and developed by Joint Venture LLC, the structure will yield 67 units as well as ground-floor retail space. CTI construction is the general contractor for the project, which is located between Vernon Boulevard to the west and Welling Court to the east, across from the Hallets Cove playground and the Astoria ferry terminal on the East River.
Construction has officially begun at 1323 Boston Road, a new affordable senior housing project in The Bronx. Known as Garden Towers Apartments, the development is wedged between Clinton Avenue and Boston Road in the Morrisania neighborhood and will introduce 150 apartments spread across two buildings.
