The developer, which has filed proposals under the name Trylon LLC, is now waiting on approvals from the Department of City Planning to begin an exhaustive public review process.
Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 2700 Church Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Rogers Avenue and Church Avenue, the lot is two blocks west of the Church Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Yanky Geldzahler under the 2700 Church Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Located at the intersection of Bradford Street and Atlantic Avenue, the corner lot is two blocks from the Van Siclen Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Dianping Chen is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Exterior work is nearing completion on the Turkevi Center, a 563-foot-tall mixed-use skyscraper at 821 First Avenue in the Midtown East neighborhood of Turtle Bay. Only a few minor touches remain to be completed on the podium of the 35-story tower, which is designed by Perkins Eastman and will serve as the consulate for the Republic of Turkey.
Renderings have been revealed for 475 Bay Street, a new two-phase residential development in Staten Island. Designed by GF55 Partners‘ New York design studio, the project is located in the island’s Stapleton Heights neighborhood just a couple blocks from the Upper Bay waterfront. BFC Partners, the developers of Empire Outlets, is also the entity responsible for 475 Bay Street.
