Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 210 Parkville Avenue in Kensington, Brooklyn. The site is seven blocks from the 18th Avenue subway station, serviced by the F train, and nine blocks from the Newkirk Plaza subway station, serviced by the Q trains. Solomon Feder of Velocity Framers will be responsible for the development.

111 Murray Street Nearly Complete as Facade Installation Wraps, Tribeca

Nearly four years after permits were filed, 111 Murray is almost entirely finished. The 792-foot tall structure will add 157 condominiums to the Lower Manhattan and Tribeca market. After applications were approved in May of 2015, construction was quick to start. Now, the development by Fisher Brothers, Witkoff, and New Valley is nearing completion. All that remains to be installed of the facade are two glass panels on the southwestern edge.

Color Rendering Revealed for Morris Adjmi Architects’ 215 North 10th Street, Williamsburg

Morris Adjmi Architects has been hard at work, designing projects from 550 Clinton Avenue and 211 Schermerhorn Street in Downtown Brooklyn to 119-121 2nd Avenue and 110 East 16th Street in Manhattan. On top of all that, they filed permits for a new building in Williamsburg last month that will yield over 100,000 square feet. The building is at 215 North 10th Street, and today YIMBY has an exclusive reveal for a crisp new rendering of the design.
