Permits have been filed for a new four-story residential building at 475 Grand Street, in the burgeoning blocks of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The site is five blocks away from the Metropolitan Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the L and G trains. Southside Units will be responsible for the development.
One of the most remarkable trends of 2018 has been the push of new development across Coney Island, and another day has brought yet another new condo project. Today we have the reveal for 271 Sea Breeze Avenue, officially dubbed Seabreeze Tower, which was purchased by Rybak Development in June of 2017.
Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 2317 Cambreleng Avenue in Belmont, a neighborhood known as ‘the Little Italy of the Bronx.’ The site is equidistantly a mile away from the 182-183rd Street Subway Station, and the West Farms Square Subway Station, with the first serviced by the B and D trains, and the 2 and 5 trains passing through the latter. Seven blocks away is the Bronx Zoo. Stagg Group NY is responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed for two three-story residential buildings at 155-12 and 155-14 Fairfield Place, in Lindenwood, Queens. The site is a mile and a half from the Aqueduct Racetrack Subway Station, and the JFK Airport Subway Station, both serviced by the A trains. Harris Hussnain, owner of the site, will be responsible for the development.
A new close-up rendering has been revealed of the Brooklyn Bridge Park condominium project, now officially known as Quay Tower. The 28-story building will be located at the southern end of Pier 6, in Brooklyn Bridge Park, along the East River. The project, designed by ODA Architecture’s Eran Chen, will offer residents permanently unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline, New York Harbor, East River, as well as the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges.
