Construction is nearing the halfway mark on the much-anticipated Student Housing and University Center at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey. Design Collective and Wallace Roberts and Todd are the designers of the development, which consists of 16- and 18-story towers that rise from a three-story 70,000-square-foot base.
