The New York City Department of Buildings is now reviewing permits to complete a new 16-unit multifamily rental property in the Kingsbridge section of The Bronx. The development represents an assemblage of two neighboring lots at 2838 and 2840 Webb Avenue, which will debut as a pair of two interconnected four-story buildings.
Work is progressing below grade at 100 Flatbush Avenue, the site of a 44-story residential building in The Alloy Block multi-tower complex in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed and developed by Alloy Development, the 482-foot-tall structure will be joined by a separate 840-foot-tall skyscraper. Urban Atelier Group is the contractor for the project, which is located on a trapezoidal plot bound by Flatbush Avenue to the northeast, State Street to the southwest, and Third Avenue to the northwest.
Construction is nearly complete at 963 Atlantic Avenue, a new nine-story mixed-use property in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. From local developer Efraim Weber, doing business as 86 Lefferts Corp, the building will eventually comprise 124 rental units, a collection of amenities, and two ground-floor retail spaces.
Permits have been filed for a 17-story mixed-use building, one of a two-tower development at 1042 Atlantic Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Classon and Grand Avenues, the lot is two blocks from the Franklin Avenue subway station, serviced by the C and S trains. Elie Pariente, principal of EMP Capital Group is listed as the owner behind the applications that wil yield a total of 210 rental apartments.
Permits have been filed for a nine-story residential building at 43-25 52nd Street in Woodside, Queens. Located between Roosevelt Avenue and Queens Boulevard, the lot is steps from the 52nd Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Xiaoke Tang of Yi Lu Fa Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
