Brookland Capital has filed applications for a six-story, 14-unit residential building at the vacant lot of 227 Clarkson Avenue, in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, a two minute walk from the Winthrop stop serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. The building will measure roughly 10,000 square feet, which translates to units averaging 715 square feet; surprisingly, they will be condominiums. The site was acquired for $1.35 million earlier this year, according to DNAinfo, and Feingold & Gregory Architects is designing.
Helm Equities Cooper LLC has placed their single-story retail building at 85-95 Cooper Street, in Inwood, on the market for $4.25 million, according to DNAinfo.
