YIMBY Checks Out the Views From Skyline Tower, Queens’ Tallest Skyscraper, in Long Island City

YIMBY recently went on a hard hat tour of Skyline Tower, aka 23-15 44th Drive, which has made a dramatic impact on the rapidly growing skyline of Long Island City. The reinforced concrete superstructure stands topped out at 778 feet tall and is currently the tallest skyscraper in Queens and the outer boroughs. The 67-story residential tower is designed by Hill West Architects and developed by United Construction & Development Group, FSA Capital, and Risland US Holdings LLC. Modern Spaces is the exclusive marketing and sales agency for the 802 residences, which are designed by Whitehall Interiors and will range in price from $500,000 to $4 million.

GF55 Partners Releases Updated Renderings of 31 Lispenard Street in TriBeCa

GF55 Partners and Urban Standard Capital have revealed detailed renderings of both interior and exterior components of 31 Lispenard Street in Tribeca. The project team first appeared before the Landmarks Preservation Commission to facilitate construction of the seven-story building located on the corner of Church and Lispenard Streets. If approved, the structure is expected to comprise 12,603 square feet. This includes ground-floor retail spanning 1,031 square feet and 10,362 square feet of residential area above.

CetraRuddy’s Rose Hill Surpasses the Halfway Mark in NoMad

Construction on Rose Hill, aka 30 East 29th Street, has passed the halfway mark. Designed by CetraRuddy Architecture, the 45-story NoMad skyscraper will stand out from the growing number of residential towers in the neighborhood with its dark-colored, Art Deco-inspired façade made of tall glass panels, terraces, and etched metal panels. Developed by Rockefeller Group, Rose Hill will eventually top out at 639 feet tall and have 123 condominiums marketed by CORE Real Estate.
