Greenland Forest City Partners has filed a new building application for a 26-story condo tower at 615 Dean Street, their sixth building in the Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park megaproject in Prospect Heights.
Brookland Capital has filed applications for a six-story, 19-unit residential building at 1218-1222 Putnam Avenue, in central Bushwick. The building will measure 14,264 square feet, which translates into an average 750 square feet per residential unit. Feingold & Gregory Architects is designing, and an existing two-story townhouse must first be demolished.
Last December, YIMBY posted the first preliminary renderings for 281 Fifth Avenue, a 52-story condominium tower that will soon begin construction on the southeast corner of 30th Street and Fifth Avenue. Permits for the project were filed early last month, and now YIMBY has obtained the first actual rendering of the glassy building, which is being designed by Rafael Viñoly.

But on Friday, a new building application was filed for a 10-story apartment building with ground floor commercial space at 221 East 138th Street, on the corner of Canal Place.
Anthony Pistilli has filed applications for two three-story residential buildings, each containing 2 units, spanning the lots 273-277 8th Street, in Staten Island’s New Dorp. The four-total units will divide nearly 5,800 square feet of residential space, and Tony Sayad Architect is designing. Demolition of the existing single-story, two-family structure began earlier this month.
