Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 951 Olmstead Avenue in Unionport, The Bronx. The site is fourteen blocks away from the Castle Hill Avenue subway station, serviced by the 6 trains. Matt Roth of the Heights Advisors will be responsible for the development.

The nine-building development will cost over one billion dollars and create nearly two million square feet across a six-acre area, and the aerial scope of construction is now expanding well beyond the initial first new two structures.
In an official groundbreaking event, Anbau Enterprises and COOKFOX Architects have celebrated the start of construction at 39 West 29th Street. The dual-tower, ground-up condominium development will rise 24 stories with a shared central courtyard just west of Madison Square Park.

According to reports from The Real Deal dated from May of 2017, Manwei purchased the development for $23 million, and publicized a teaser design for the curtain wall building. While the image quality is low, it is still informative for how the scheme will fit in with surrounding neighbors.
