Designed by Issac & Stern Architects and developed by Sterling Town Equities, the 90,000-square-foot structure yields 41 condominium units and two four-story townhouses with interior design by Workshop/APD. Pro-H Development was the general contractor for the property, which is alternately addressed as 542 Atlantic Avenue and occupies a through-block parcel bound by Atlantic Avenue to the north, Pacific Street to the south, Fourth Avenue to the east, and Third Avenue to the west.
