Prime Equity has revealed the first interior images of 1346 Pacific Street, the developer’s most recent condominium project in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Designed by ARC Architecture + Design Studio, the four-story building features seven open-concept homes, all equipped with private outdoor space, name-brand fixtures, and modern appliances.
Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 2519 Sedgwick Avenue in Kingsbridge, The Bronx. Located between Bailey Avenue and West Kingsbridge Road, the lot is near the Kingsbridge Road subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Paul Lumaj of Dedaj Construction Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Construction is finishing up on Murray, a 35-story residential tower at 509 Third Avenue in Murray Hill, Manhattan. Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Kahen Properties with Lalezarian Properties under the Third and Thirty Four LLC, the 386-foot-tall structure will span 166,917 square feet and yield 229 rental units with an average scope of 692 square feet, as well as 8,253 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and a private 30-foot-long yard. Charlton Development Group is the general contractor for the project, which is located at the corner of Third Avenue and East 34th Street.
