Renderings have been revealed for The Parkline, a proposed five-story residential building at 25 Field Court in Kingston, Ulster County. Developed in a joint venture between The Affordable Housing Conservancy, Fulcra Development, and Sisters of Charity Housing Development Corporation, the 12,810-square-foot structure is expected to yield 71 rental apartments. Units are slated to be reserved for households earning between 30 and 80 percent of the area median income (AMI). The project will also include 4,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and 35 parking spots. The property is located within the Midtown Kingston Arts District by the intersection of Field Court and Broadway. An architect was not specified.

Construction has passed the halfway mark on 180 East 125th Street, a 38-story mixed-use residential tower in East Harlem, Manhattan. Designed by S9 Architecture and developed by JCS Realty, the 410-foot-tall structure will yield 711 rental units. The project will also include ground-floor retail with a supermarket, as well as a 116-vehicle parking garage. The property is bounded by Third Avenue and East 124th and 125th Streets.

Designed by Stonehill Taylor and developed by Joyland Management under the One Fifty Nine B LLC, the 125-foot-tall structure will span 107,211 square feet and yield 99 rental units with an average scope of 827 square feet. The project will also include 9,065 square feet of community facility space and 16,249 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The property is located between Bedford and Driggs Avenues, directly west of the landmarked Williamsburgh Dime Savings Bank and south of the elevated roadways connecting to the Williamsburg Bridge.

Designed by Concrete Amsterdam with HLW International as the architect of record and developed by a joint venture between Urby and Rockpoint, the 677-foot-tall structure will span approximately 528,000 square feet and yield 748 rental units. The project will also include roughly 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, structured parking, and a suite of lifestyle amenities.

Renderings Revealed for 524-Unit Fourth Phase of Riverbend District Complex in Harrison, New Jersey

Renderings have been revealed for Block B2, a four-building residential complex currently under construction in the 35-acre Riverbend District masterplan in Harrison, New Jersey. Designed by MHS Architecture and Robert A. M. Stern Architects and developed by Advanced Realty Investors, the nearly 701,000-square-foot development will rise between seven to 11 stories tall and yield 524 market-rate apartments. The project will also include 12,100 square feet of ground-level retail and a 355-vehicle parking garage. The property is bounded by Guyon Drive to the north, Riverbend Drive to the south, Pete Higgins Boulevard to the east, and Frank Rodgers Boulevard South to the west. The site is located just east of Sports Illustrated Stadium.
