An anonymous Great Neck, N.Y.-based LLC has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential project at 187 Pulaski Street, in the heart of Bedford-Stuyvesant. The project will measure 5,018 square feet and its full-floor residential units should average 999 square feet apiece, which means either rentals or condominiums could be in the works. Chelsea-based Grasso Menziuso Architects is the architect of record. The 20-foot-wide, 2,000-square-foot lot is vacant.

Construction is now 15 stories above street level on the taller tower of the two-building, 1,115-unit mixed-use project at 22-44 Jackson Avenue, located in the Court Square section of Long Island City. Foundation work is underway on the shorter tower. The structure can be seen thanks to aerial photos posted to the YIMBY Forums by Tectonic. The latest building permits indicate the entire complex will encompass 1,209,884 square feet.

Construction has finished at 78 West 3rd Street in Greenwich Village, where a pre-war, three-story townhouse received an extra floor and a horizontal extension. Permits call for a 2,997-square-foot commercial space on the lower levels. Five residential units take up 3,825 square feet on the floors above, averaging 765 square feet per unit. A five-story, 68-unit mixed-use building is planned at 1558 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, located between Custer and Gates avenues in the Greenville section of southern Jersey City. The project will feature commercial-retail space on the ground floor, as well as a 79-car parking garage, Jersey Digs reported. Jersey City-based Myneni Towers LLC is the developer. Plans were approved by the Jersey City Planning Board and the Hudson County Planning Board in 2016. The 29,000-square-foot site is vacant. A construction timeline has not been disclosed.
