Renderings have been revealed for Minrav Development’s seven-story condominium building currently under construction at 244 East 52nd Street, in Midtown East.
Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 31-22 29th Street in Astoria, Queens. Located between 31st Avenue and Broadway, the lot is two blocks west of the Broadway subway station at 31st Street, serviced by the N and W trains. Bell Realty is listed as the owner behind the applications.
YIMBY recently went on a hard-hat tour of 77 Greenwich Street with Daniel Kaplan, senior partner at FXCollaborative. The reinforced concrete skyscraper is closing in on its final floors and will soon top out 42 stories and 500 feet high above the Financial District. Trinity Place Holdings is the developer of the mixed-use residential project. There will be 90 condominiums ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts with interiors by Deborah Berke Partners, as well as a grade school and retail space in the 150-foot-tall podium section. The landmark exterior of the Robert and Anne Dickey House will be included in the school.
New proposals from BKSK Architects include a batch of revised renderings and residential floor plans for 53 Pearl Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn. The Italianate-style structure, originally completed in 1880 as a factory for the Masury Paint Company, was recently converted into a rental apartment building.
