Work is nearing completion on Extell’s Brooklyn Point, number 26 on YIMBY’s countdown of the tallest buildings under construction in the city. The 68-story, 720-foot-tall skyscraper, which is also addressed as 138 Willoughby Street, is designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and is part of the third and final phase of the City Point complex in Downtown Brooklyn.
