Work on One Beekman Street, aka “Pearl on the Park,” is another step closer to completion, as the dark-colored steel frame that will sit in between the floor-to-ceiling windows has begun to go up. This will accentuate the upcoming 25-story apartment building and lend it a more distinctive and detailed appearance. The project is being designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners while Urban Muse is the developer. There will be 31 units inside the 331-foot-tall tower with views overlooking City Hall Park. This will be Richard Rogers’ first residential project in New York City.
Urban View Development Group is responsible for multiple, ongoing developments in central Bushwick, Brooklyn. The firm’s most recent project, a 5-story residential building, will replace an existing low-rise structure at 1206 Putnam Avenue and will comprise approximately 32,000 square feet.
Condominium tower 695 First Avenue recently unveiled its amenities package and rebranded as One United Nations Park. The 43-story building offers owners of the 148 units sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline and the East River. Construction is well underway on a four-story mixed-use building at 503 Evergreen Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The rising structure will comprise just over 9,000 square feet and top off at a modest 55 feet above ground.
