Following approvals from city agencies, construction will soon begin on a new, seven-story residential building in New Rochelle, New York. The structure will replace a parking lot at 25 Maple Avenue.
Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 46 Stockholm Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Evergreen Avenue and Central Avenue, the interior lot is three blocks from the Central Avenue subway station, serviced by the M train. Benno Schubert under the Hiline Gardens LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The latest condominium development by Morris Adjmi in North Williamsburg has officially launched sales for a collection of warehouse-inspired residences, at 138 North 10th Street. Halstead Property’s The Aguayo Team is handling exclusive marketing and sales for the project, which are priced from $1.85 million.
The massive upcoming development dubbed Hudson Exchange West will sit close to the waterfront of downtown Jersey City, and the first towers, designed by Perkins Eastman, will yield a combined total of 625,000 square feet. The 18-acre mixed-use master plan is being developed by Brookfield Properties and the grand plan’s second residential tower is already making its way into the skyline, with topping-out now drawing near.
