Formally addressed as One Seaport, the topped-out 60-story building is designed by Hill West Architects and developed by Fortis Property Group LLC and will yield 80 units. Groves & Co is serving as the interior designer for the 200,000-square-foot structure, and sales will be handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. Ray Builders is the current contractor for the project.
