Construction is complete on 435 West 19th Street, an eight-story residential conversion and expansion in Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed by Rand Engineering and Architecture and developed by Churchill Real Estate Holdings, the project involved the construction of a three-story steel-framed expansion atop a former warehouse building and the repurposing of its interiors to yield 21 condominium units with an average scope of 1,400 square feet. Project 19 High Line LLC is the owner and CORE Real Estate is handling sales and marketing for the property, which is located between Ninth and Tenth Avenues. Sales have launched and homes range in price from $1.15 million for a studio, while a three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom penthouse unit costs $7 million.

Honest & Quality Corp. is the general contractor for the property, which is located between First and Second Avenues.
