The affordable housing lottery has launched for The Bishop Rene Valero Senior Residence, a six-story mixed-use building at 23-11 31st Road in Astoria, Queens. Designed by Dattner Architects and developed by Catholic Charities, the structure yields 102 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 35 units for residents at 40 to 50 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $0 to $53,700.

Sales have officially launched at The Cortland, a 25-story condominium building at 555 West 22nd Street in the West Chelsea neighborhood.
