9 DeKalb Avenue has made significant vertical progress since our May update, nearly doubling in height. Designed by SHoP Architects and developed by JDS, the 73-story supertall will reach 1,066 feet above Downtown Brooklyn and will eventually secure the title of tallest structure in the outer boroughs.
J Frankl Architects recently revealed a series of updated renderings that show a newly revised exterior for 260 Gold Street. Located in Downtown Brooklyn, the 286-unit residential project has been under construction for some time. We can now see a partial glimpse of the final façade, though only the backside of the topped-out, 13-story edifice.
Construction is on pace to top out soon at 37 Sixth Avenue, a 26-story residential building in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Alternately addressed as 495 Dean Street and 664 Pacific Street, the project is designed by Marvel Architects and is being developed by the Brodsky Organization. The 343,788-square-foot structure is part of the Pacific Park mega project and will contain 323 rental units. The site is located between Dean Street and Pacific Street, directly across from Barclays Center and 18 Sixth Avenue, another residential project underway in the neighborhood.
Construction is swiftly rising at 22 Chapel Street, a 20-story rental building in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by CetraRuddy and developed by Delshah Capital and OTL Enterprises, the structure will stand 211 feet tall and span 133,181 square feet with 180 units.
