Kingsley House, an affordable senior housing in Westchester County will soon get a major rehabilitation to the tune of $35.8 million. New York State Homes and Community Renewal, MDG Design + Construction LLC, Smith & Henzy Advisory Group, Inc. are partnering up to renovate and preserve the affordability of 164 units in the Mitchell-Lama housing development at 41 Barker Avenue in White Plains.

Affordable Housing Lottery Launches for 293 and 301 Hooper Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

The affordable housing lottery has launched for 293 and 301 Hooper Street, two six-story residential buildings in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The buildings were built in the 1910s and have 35 residential units each. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 11 recently renovated units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $43,303 to $112,800.
