The development comes at the neighborhood border with Greenpoint, and will be just a few blocks away from Monsignor McGolrick Park. The site is just a third of a mile from the Graham Street station, serviced by the L train. An anonymous LLC will be responsible for the development.

Today, we have another set of fresh renderings for the imminently 912-foot-tall tower, thanks to Bizzi & Partners, one of its developers. While it won’t stand anywhere near heights that were initially expected, it will still make quite an impact on the Downtown skyline.

The development will rise just a block away from the Tremont Avenue station, serviced by the B and D trains, and four blocks away from the Tremont Station, serviced by Metro-North. SKF Development is responsible for the project.
