Brownstoner spotted renderings posted on-site at 59-63 North 6th Street, in Williamsburg, where a single-story, 7,500 square-foot commercial building is planned, and was filed with the DOB last November. The development site is vacant, and excavators are on site, so completion can be expected by 2016 if work begins imminently. Flushing-based Victor K. Han is designing.

The Court Square Blog notes that Jeffrey Gershon’s 11-story, 182-rental-unit mixed-use building has topped out at 22-22 Jackson Avenue, in Long Island City, and the façade is now five stories up. In YIMBY’s last update in November, the building was only five stories, and completion is expected in 2016.
1764 Union Management LLC has filed applications for a six-story, 16-unit residential building measuring 12,000 square feet at 1764 Union Street, in eastern Crown Heights. Olabanji B Awosika is designing, and the existing two-story structure was approved for demolition in December.
